There should be a build system with a lisp-based grammar that does what bazel tries to do

@sir i ask, because I think there’s an amazing opportunity to build out lots of dev tooling in #racket transitioning first from the existing DSL tools are using. Dockerfiles, for instance, would be trivial to build a lang for in racket. As would many, many, many others—probably bazel, too (but I’m not super familiar with it).
