ouch, looks like after the recent #linode migration I'm hit by the emulated APIC problem. https://marc.info/?t=151430936500001&r=1&w=2
#exoscale here I come I guess... *sigh*
@_xhr_ do they have working v6 on their clown?
@florian Yes. Their unique selling feature for me was that they offer a "KVM console" access via HTTP. Thus, I can use softraid crypto.
@_xhr_ neato. vultr does the same thing and with linode you can ssh into some sort of management system and get the serial console that way.
@florian OK, serial is even nicer. Now, I cannot copy and paste anything.
Now I can't reproduce. Directly after reboot the clock was synced. About 30 minutes later it was behind bei 30 seconds and now it's in sync again. Weird.
In the meantime jmatthew@ delivered...
+kvmclock0 at pvbus? # KVM clock
still can't reproduce the clock issue on my #linode VM. It keeps perfect time now.
@florian Pssst... They're listening!
@florian Cannot reproduce this here with a Hetzner vServer (since yesterday it's called Cloud Server :)) running 6.2-stable
