I'm curious as to whether anyone would be interested in getting together and forming a "collective" to rent out some large storage server (e.g. 1TBVPS or similar) to start an #opensource #foss #floss and #decentralization focused community source code hosting site?
@tindall I mean, I already host my own private #GitLab instance on > 1TB storage #HardenedBSD server. It's accessible via #Tor Onion Service.
@lattera That's pretty awesome! Is it only for personal use?
@tindall Yeah, but I could open it up. It's integrated with my Tor-ified MTA, so you need a .onion email address (which I also host for free (and is open)).

@tindall Sure. Pretty easy. `pkg install gitlab` in a #HardenedBSD jail. Follow the instructions that are displayed when pkg is finished installing ;)
There's just a couple more things due to #NodeJS and #Ruby stupidity. But not much more.
