I am totally shocked by the number of toots I had to scroll past in order to find that :D it's a good surprise - I can catch up on what happened at #bsdcan, and I guess also an indication that you were so focused on the conference that you forgot about your basement!
@dotpk Ah. The #HardenedBSD Foundation doesn't exist, yet. We will have our kick-off meeting sometime over the next month to start work on making it a real entity. :)
I had a friend check up on our house every few days, got regular status reports. With my band-aid fix, the flooding was contained and eventually dried within a period of 24 hours.
@lattera I don't think we met, but I enjoyed getting to know your lovely wife. Glad to hear you had a nice time!
