@edavies Unrelated: Blackwells really shows the difference between using Amazon and Ingram's for print book distribution. Wow.
@edavies I appreciate not feeding the monopoly. Really.
I'm pushing to make Amazon as small a share of my income as possible. Ideally it's by expanding other channels, which is why I went through the pain of Ingram's.
@mwlucas In this case Blackwell's is noticeably cheaper. Other times it's the other way round. Still tend to use them for books so as not to feed the monopoly, unless the disparity is too large.
