@davidak @solenepercent ah, that's what the privacy redirect is for... Sorry I somewhat misunderstood the sentance that this could be used for the local instances.
@solenepercent for privacy, it would be better to use public proxies.
It does not use your IP to access the services.
It also makes profiling harder, because multiple people use them.
But you can of course host a proxy with NixOS on a VPS and make it public.
@solenepercent #NixOS is too easy.
Imagine what you would have to do on #debian to get those services running.
